How it works
From idea to your doorstep in four simple steps
No shopping cart and no guesswork. Here’s exactly what happens after you share your idea.

Step 1: Share your idea
Fill out our custom order form and tell us what you have in mind. Add reference photos if you have them. It takes about five minutes.

Step 2: We design it
We email you a quote and a design mockup (a 3D render or preview), then revise it with you. Up to 5 rounds of changes are included.

Step 3: Approve & we print
Love the design? Approve it, and we print and finish your piece, typically in 3 to 4 weeks.

Step 4: Pay & we ship
We email photos of your finished piece and a secure Stripe invoice. Once it’s paid, we ship it with tracking.

When do I pay?
Only after your piece is printed. First you see and approve your design mockup. Then we print it, and when it’s finished we email you photos of your piece and a secure Stripe invoice that you can pay online by credit or debit card (Apple Pay and Google Pay also work on the invoice page). California sales tax is added where required, and your shipping choice is included on the invoice. We ship as soon as it’s paid.
How long does it take?
Production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks after you approve your design. Once your piece is finished and your invoice is paid, it ships, and shipping time depends on the option you choose. The design and mockup stage usually takes a few days, depending on how many revisions we go through.
How is the price determined?
Every piece is custom, so there’s no fixed price list. Custom orders start at $100, plus shipping and any sales tax. Your quote is based on the size, level of detail, material, finish, and quantity, plus any design work involved. If you share a budget range on the order form, we’ll do our best to design something that fits it.
Can you print a character, logo, or brand?
We can print designs that are original or that you own. That includes your own business logo. What we can’t print are trademarked or copyrighted characters, logos, or brands that belong to someone else, like characters from movies, games, or shows, or sports and company logos. We’re always happy to help you create an original design inspired by the things you love.
What if something breaks in shipping?
We pack everything carefully, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably different from the design you approved, email us at info@mymagicdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll reprint it for free, or refund it if a reprint isn’t possible.
